A great addition to a braai to achieve the perfect balance for the palate.
2 cups mixed lettuce leaves
1/2 tsp olive oil
5 cm cucumber, sliced and halved
2 T goji berries (I prefer to infuse these berries by adding them to 1/4 tsp raw honey and 2 T apple cider vinegar and let them stand for at least 30 minutes)
1/4 cup black berries
1/4 cup pickled red onions
2 T mixed raw nuts
1 T roasted coconut flakes (this takes the salad to the next level)
1/4 ring feta cheese

Cover the lettuce with the olive oil. Add the toppings one by one as you build the salad. Add the homemade cranberry salad dressing to taste.
